Spray Pre-treatment Tunnel
APEX designs and manufactures pre-treatment tunnels which can be integrated into all our complete automatic systems or in customized finishing cycles. The pre-treatment cycle directory depends on: the physical features of the product to be treated, the surface substance to be removed; and the final product finish level. In fact, the performed cycles guarantee higher resistance of the paint adhesion to the product in laboratory tests, such as "salt spray.
All the liquid collection tanks are made of MS and SS based on the chemical formulation and stage and are provided with a mains water supply fitting with automatic level devices; overflow system; regenerable metal filters. External fans are installed to extract the fumes in the hot stages. These fans are equipped with removable metal filters which facilitate the air condensation.
Our heat exchangers are designed to offer high energy efficiency, and are equipped with electronic thermo-regulation controlled by level probes which interrupt the work if the chamber is not covered in water.
